The Challenge
With the growing need for teams proficient in large language models (LLMs) and generative AI (GenAI) skills, Siemens Energy faced the significant challenge of delivering engaging, personalized learning to its nearly 100,000-strong workforce. The task came to the forefront as they embarked on a strategy to increase technical domain knowledge when it comes to using innovative solutions like AI.
The Outcome
Siemens Energy partnered with Workera to create specific learning domains and assessments customized by role and department to measure and benchmark each individual's skills. Using personalized learning paths, they upskilled team members who acted as trainers who demonstrated what they learned to their leaders by mentoring others and leading customer conversations about GenAI, ChatGPT, and LLMs.
