My People Snapshot: Your Easy Button for Skills-First Decisions

Want an easier way to understand your team's skills? The latest version of My People Snapshot is here to help! Admins can now effortlessly explore specific skill areas and gain actionable insights. With this update, you can select a skill domain and view individual names, scores, and growth over time. New tabs help you quickly find experts, those needing to verify skills, and top improvers. Plus, automated nudges are here to boost engagement and celebrate growth. 

The latest version of My People Snapshot really packs a punch. Unpack each skill domain, understand your organization’s capabilities, and make skills based decisions with the confidence of verified data.

Continuously Updated Benchmarking & Score Distribution

Knowing how you stack up internally or externally gives you the edge most don't have. We’ve made it even easier to access our benchmarks, ensuring you have the clarity needed to make strategic decisions. This update offers a comprehensive view of your organization's score distribution and comparison to industry benchmarks. Admins can visualize strengths within a domain to make better skill-based decisions for workforce planning and project resourcing.

Domain Stats & Maturity Levels: Your Bird's Eye View of Skills

Now admins can understand the maturity of skill domains within their organization with a bird's eye view. Our new Maturity Levels feature offers a nuanced view of skill expertise distribution, helping admins get a high-level overview of domain progress. You can now track who needs assessment, who's met targets, and who's improved the most. Maturity is calculated using a 1-5 scale to indicate overall proficiency—higher percentages indicate greater domain maturity.

Admins can access maturity levels by selecting a domain in the admin dashboard. This reveals a new tile with overall stats and domain maturity, providing a clear and comprehensive overview of skill distribution and expertise across your organization.

New Signature Domains

We’re continuously expanding our robust library of domains! New Workera Signature domains are now available, bringing a host of new capabilities. These additions provide more breadth of coverage of skill areas to help customers keep pace with the rapid advancements and diversifying skill demands of their workforce.

Free Assessment Experience

Our redesigned onboarding process offers free learners an experience as sophisticated as our enterprise flow. Provide role and company info, take assessments, and view scores across multiple domains.
